This negotiates the version of the DAMAGE extension.  It must precede any other
request using the DAMAGE extension.  Failure to do so will cause a BadRequest
error for those requests.

Returns an \fIxcb_damage_query_version_cookie_t\fP. Errors have to be handled when calling the reply function \fIxcb_damage_query_version_reply\fP.
