       dirname [-z|--zero] [-h|--help] [-V|--version] [dir]

DESCRIPTION
       Strip last component from file name

OPTIONS
       -z, --zero
              separate output with NUL rather than newline

       -h, --help
              Print help

       -V, --version
              Print version
