network. The primary focus of the system is to identify and remove all email

First a razorhome directory should be created where log, conf, and cached server 
information will live.  This is done via \f(CW\*(C`\-create\*(C'\fR option to \fBrazor\-admin\fR\|(1).

To report spam, an identity must be registered.  This is done via \f(CW\*(C`\-register\*(C'\fR
option to \fBrazor\-admin\fR\|(1).  After that, \fBrazor\-report\fR\|(1)
and \fBrazor\-revoke\fR\|(1) will work flawlessly.
