NAME
       qbhdb.h - The handle database is for reference counting objects.

DESCRIPTION
NOTE
       Historically, handle database implementation also served internal needs
       of libqb (e.g. for IPC services tracking), which was eventually
       replaced with indirection-less reference counters and their direct
       modifications.
