NAME
       qb_rb_close - Dereference the ringbuffer and, if we are the last user,
       destroy it.


SYNOPSIS
       #include <qb/qbrb.h>

       void qb_rb_close(
           qb_ringbuffer_t   *rb
       );

PARAMS
       rb ringbuffer instance

DESCRIPTION
       All files, mmaped memory, semaphores and locks will be destroyed.
