SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_set_features_write_atomic (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd
       *cmd , bool sv , bool dn );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       sv          Save value across power states

       dn          Disable Normal

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Set Features command
       with FID value NVME_FEAT_FID_WRITE_ATOMIC
