NAME
       nvme_init_set_features_timestamp - Initialize passthru command for
       Timestamp

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_set_features_timestamp (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd
       , bool sv , __u64 tstmp , struct nvme_timestamp *ts );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       sv          Save value across power states

       tstmp       The current timestamp value to assign to this feature

       ts          Timestamp data buffer (populated by this function)

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Set Features command
       with FID value NVME_FEAT_FID_TIMESTAMP. The caller must provide a valid
       buffer via ts, which this function will populate.
