SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_set_features_power_threshold (struct
       libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd , bool sv , bool ept , __u8 pmts , __u8 pts ,
       __u16 ptv );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       sv          Save value across power states

       ept         Enable Power Threshold (EPT)

       pmts        Power Measurement Type Select (PMTS)

       pts         Power Threshold Scale (PTS)

       ptv         Power Threshold Value (PTV)

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Set Features command
       with FID value NVME_FEAT_FID_POWER_THRESH
