SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_set_features_enh_ctrl_metadata (struct

       nvme_host_metadata *data );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       sv          Save value across power states

       ea          Element Action (EA), see enum nvme_host_metadata_ea

       data        Host Metadata data buffer, see struct nvme_host_metadata

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Set Features command
       with FID value NVME_FEAT_FID_ENH_CTRL_METADATA
