       nvme_init_set_features_async_event - Initialize passthru command for
       Asynchronous Event Configuration

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_set_features_async_event (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd
       *cmd , bool sv , __u32 events );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       sv          Save value across power states

       events      Events to enable

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Set Features command
       with FID value NVME_FEAT_FID_ASYNC_EVENT
