       nvme_init_keep_alive - Initialize passthru command for Keep Alive
       command

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_keep_alive (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Keep Alive command. All
       command specific fields are reserved.
