NAME
       nvme_init_identify_underlying_ctrl_list - Initialize passthru command
       for Get Underlying Controller List

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_identify_underlying_ctrl_list (struct
       libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd , __u16 cntid , struct nvme_ctrl_list
       *cntlist );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Command data structure to initialize

       cntid       Starting CNTLID to return in the list

       cntlist     User space destination address to transfer the data

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Identify command with
       CNS value NVME_IDENTIFY_CNS_UNDERLYING_CTRL_LIST.
