       nvme_init_identify_command_set_structure - Initialize passthru command
       for I/O Command Set data structure

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_identify_command_set_structure (struct
       libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd , __u16 cntid , struct nvme_id_iocs *iocs );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Command data structure to initialize

       cntid       Controller ID

       iocs        User space destination address to transfer the data

DESCRIPTION
       Retrieves list of the controller's supported io command set vectors.
       See struct nvme_id_iocs.
