NAME
       nvme_init_get_log_telemetry_ctrl - Initialize passthru command for
       Telemetry Controller-Initiated

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_get_log_telemetry_ctrl (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd
       , __u64 lpo , void *log , __u32 len );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       lpo         Offset into the telemetry data

       log         User address for log page data

       len         Length of provided user buffer to hold the log data in
                   bytes

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Get Log command with
       LID value NVME_LOG_LID_TELEMETRY_CTRL.
