       nvme_init_get_features_fdp - Initialize passthru command for Get
       Features - Flexible Data Placement

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_get_features_fdp (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd ,
       enum nvme_get_features_sel sel , __u16 endgid );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       sel         Select which type of attribute to return, see enum
                   nvme_get_features_sel

       endgid      Endurance Group Identifier (ENDGID)

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Get Features command
       with FID value NVME_FEAT_FID_FDP
