NAME
       nvme_init_fw_commit - Initialize passthru command to commit firmware
       using the specified action

SYNOPSIS
       void nvme_init_fw_commit (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd , __u8 fs ,
       enum nvme_fw_commit_ca ca , bool bpid );

ARGUMENTS
       cmd         Passthru command to use

       fs          Firmware slot to commit the downloaded image

       ca          Action to use for the firmware image, see enum
                   nvme_fw_commit_ca

       bpid        Set to true to select the boot partition id

DESCRIPTION
       Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Firmware Commit
       command.
