NAME
nvme-id-ns-granularity - Send a Identify Namespace Granularity List command to the specified device
SYNOPSIS
nvme [<global-options>] id ns-granularity <device>
DESCRIPTION
Send a Identify Namespace Granularity List command command to the specified device, return results.
The <device> parameter is mandatory and may be either the NVMe character device (ex: /dev/nvme0) or block device (ex: /dev/nvme0n1).
On success it returns 0, error code otherwise.
The bare nvme id-ns-granularity form (without a space) still works as a deprecated alias and will be removed in a future major version. New scripts should use nvme id ns-granularity instead.
OPTIONS
GLOBAL OPTIONS
The following options are defined at the top-level nvme command and are available to this subcommand:
--dry-run
--no-ioctl-probing
--no-retries
-o <fmt>, --output-format=<fmt>
--output-format-version=<version>
--quiet
--set-options=<key=value>[,<key=value>...]
--timeout=<ms>
-v, --verbose
These options can also be set as machine-wide defaults in nvme-cli.conf(5). A command-line flag always overrides the file.
