SYNOPSIS
       #include <libkydate.h>

       extern int kdk_system_set_long_dateformat(char *format);

       Link with -lkydate.

Detailed Description
       The main function of this interface is to set the long date format.

       The argument format is the date format, Please pass in one of the long
       formats.

RETURN VALUE
       On success, returns 1

       On error, return -1.
