OVERVIEW
       Jose is a C-language implementation of the Javascript Object Signing
       and Encryption standards. Specifically, Jose aims towards implementing
       the following standards:

       o   RFC 7515 - JSON Web Signature (JWS)

       o   RFC 7516 - JSON Web Encryption (JWE)

       o   RFC 7517 - JSON Web Key (JWK)

       o   RFC 7518 - JSON Web Algorithms (JWA)

       o   RFC 7519 - JSON Web Token (JWT)

       o   RFC 7520 - Examples of Protecting Content Using JOSE

       o   RFC 7638 - JSON Web Key (JWK) Thumbprint

       The Jose command line utility provides facilities for the following:

       o   URL-safe Base64 Encoding & Decoding

       o   Key Generation and Management

       o   Encryption & Decryption

       o   Signing & Verification
