NAME
       fract - compute the fractional part of the argument

DECLARATION
       genType fract(genType x);

       genDType fract(genDType x);

PARAMETERS
       x
           Specify the value to evaluate.

DESCRIPTION
       fract returns the fractional part of x. This is calculated as x -
       floor()(x).
