The \fBfclose\fP()  function flushes the stream pointed to by \fIstream\fP
(writing any buffered output data using \fBfflush\fP(3))  and closes the
underlying file descriptor.

Upon successful completion, 0 is returned.  Otherwise, \fBEOF\fP is returned
and \fIerrno\fP is set to indicate the error.  In either case, any further
access (including another call to \fBfclose\fP())  to the stream results in
undefined behavior.
