obtautomer — enumerate tautomer SMILES and canonical tautomer SMILES

obtautomer [-c] filename

Enumerates tautomer SMILES and canonical tautomer SMILES.

obtautomer molecule.smi > tautomers.smi

Enumerates tautomers for molecule.smi and writes them to tautomers.smi

obabel(1).
