nvme_init_abort - Initialize passthru command for Abort command

void nvme_init_abort (struct libnvme_passthru_cmd *cmd , __u16 sqid , __u16 cid );

Passthru command to use
Submission Queue Identifier (SQID) of the command to abort
Command Identifier (CID) of the command to abort

Initializes the passthru command buffer for the Abort command.
