tlsrpt_add_delivery_request_failure - adds a failure to the current policy

The tlsrpt_add_delivery_request_failure function adds a failure to the current policy. Multiple failures can be added within a policy.

Some of the parameters may be NULL and in this case will be omitted in the datagram.

The tlsrpt_add_delivery_request_failure function returns 0 on success and a combined error code on failure. The combined error code can be analyzed with the tlsrpt_strerror function.
