 DERRLQT tests the error exits for the DOUBLE PRECISION routines
 that use the LQT decomposition of a general matrix.

Parameters

PATH

          The LAPACK path name for the routines to be tested.

NUNIT

          NUNIT is INTEGER
          The unit number for output.
