• Refactor OpenGL version check to use cc_glglue (get around Intel driver issue).
• Export the include directories for in-tree builds.
• Extract shader GLRender logic into helper.
• Refactor SoVertexArrayIndexer render() to take SoState*.
• Removed Boost from Coin.
• Fix tests with disabled VRML97 support.
