           INCX

                     INCX is INTEGER
                    storage spacing between elements of CX

           CY

                     CY is COMPLEX array, dimension ( 1 + ( N - 1 )*abs( INCY ) )

           INCY

                     INCY is INTEGER
                    storage spacing between elements of CY
