In contrast, \fBblinkenlights\fR gives a detailed display of the roll status of a set of zones. \fBbubbles\fR gives very little control over \fBrollerd\fR, the way \fBblinkenlights\fR does. \fBbubbles\fR can halt \&\fBrollerd\fR's execution only. .PP A \fBrollrec\fR file contains one or more \fIrollrec\fR records. These records are used by the DNSSEC-Tools rollover utilities (\fBrollerd\fR, etc.) to describe zones' rollover states. Each zone's \fIrollrec\fR record contains such information as the zone file, the rollover phase, and logging level. \&\fIrollrec\fR files are text files. .PP When \fBbubbles\fR starts, a window is created that has "bubbles" for each zone with a \fIrollrec\fR record in the given \fIrollrec\fR file. (Clicking on a bubble doesn't do anything.) By default, all zones with a \fIdisplay\fR flag set on will be shown in the \fBbubbles\fR window. Options may be given to modify this behavior. .PP The zone bubbles are color-coded according to roll-over state. The default colors are: .PP * green: not in roll-over .PP * yellow: in ZSK roll-over .PP * red: in KSK roll-over .PP These colors may be specified by the user via command-line options. .PP In building the bubble window, \fBbubbles\fR window defaults to creating a square window. This may be overridden by specifying the number of columns, using the \&\fB\-columns\fR option. .SH OPTIONS .IX Header "OPTIONS" \&\fBbubbles\fR supports the following options. .IP "\fB\-columns columns\fR" 4 .IX Item "-columns columns" This option allows the user to specify the number of columns to be used in the Button Window. .IP "\fB\-kskcolor color\fR" 4 .IX Item "-kskcolor color" Set the bubble color for zones that are performing KSK roll-overs. .IP "\fB\-zskcolor color\fR" 4 .IX Item "-zskcolor color" Set the bubble color for zones that are performing ZSK roll-overs. .IP "\fB\-noncolor color\fR" 4 .IX Item "-noncolor color" Set the bubble color for zones that are not in roll-over. .IP \fB\-ignore\-display\fR 4 .IX Item "-ignore-display" Ignore the \fBrollrec\fR display flag and display every zone in the \fBrollrec\fR file. .IP "\fB\-interval wait-time\fR" 4 .IX Item "-interval wait-time" Interval between checks of the \fBrollrec\fR file. By default, \fIwait-time\fR is given in minutes. This can be adjusted by specifying one of the following time-unit suffixes. .Sp * s \- seconds .Sp * m \- minutes .Sp * h \- hours .Sp Examples: .Sp * \fI\-interval 24\fR \- 24 minutes .Sp * \fI\-interval 24s\fR \- 24 seconds .Sp * \fI\-interval 24m\fR \- 24 minutes .Sp * \fI\-interval 24h\fR \- 24 hours .IP \fB\-no\-filter\fR 4 .IX Item "-no-filter" This option turns off name filtering when \fBbubbles\fR presents a file-selection dialog for choosing a new \fIrollrec\fR file. If this option is not given, then the file-selection dialog will only list regular files with a suffix of \fB.rrf\fR. .IP \fB\-showksk\fR 4 .IX Item "-showksk" Show the zones that are performing KSK roll-overs. .IP \fB\-shownonrolls\fR 4 .IX Item "-shownonrolls" Show the zones that are not in roll-over. .IP \fB\-showrolls\fR 4 .IX Item "-showrolls" Show the zones that are performing either type of roll-over. .IP \fB\-showzsk\fR 4 .IX Item "-showzsk" Show the zones that are performing ZSK roll-overs. .IP \fB\-help\fR 4 .IX Item "-help" Give a usage message and exit. .IP \fB\-Version\fR 4 .IX Item "-Version" Displays the version information for \fBbubbles\fR and the DNSSEC-Tools package. .SH REQUIREMENTS .IX Header "REQUIREMENTS" \&\fBbubbles\fR is implemented in Perl/Tk, so both Perl and Perl/Tk must be installed on your system. .SH COPYRIGHT .IX Header "COPYRIGHT" Copyright 2009\-2014 SPARTA, Inc.
