DESCRIPTION
       Draws a scaled version of the given bitmap to the target bitmap.

       o sx - source x

       o sy - source y

       o sw - source width

       o sh - source height

       o dx - destination x

       o dy - destination y

       o dw - destination width

       o dh - destination height

       o flags - same as for al_draw_bitmap(3)
