       XmTextGetEditable -- A Text function that accesses the edit permission
       state

       Boolean XmTextGetEditable(
       Widget widget);

DESCRIPTION
       XmTextGetEditable accesses the edit permission state of the Text
       widget.

       widget    Specifies the Text widget ID

RETURN
       Returns a Boolean value that indicates the state of the XmNeditable
       resource.
