DESCRIPTION
       Diagnostics messages, typically rendered to STDERR.

SYNOPSIS
           use Test2::API qw/context/;
           use Test2::Event::Diag;

           my $ctx = context();
           my $event = $ctx->diag($message);

ACCESSORS
       $diag->message
           The message for the diag.
