Every agrees that \f(CW\*(C`use strict\*(C'\fR is the first step to writing
maintainable code in Perl.  However, sometimes \f(CW\*(C`strict\*(C'\fR is a little
too strict.  In those cases, you can turn it off briefly with a \f(CW\*(C`no
strict\*(C'\fR directive.

This policy checks that \f(CW\*(C`no strict\*(C'\fR is only in effect for a small
number of statements.
