NAME
       PAR::SetupProgname - Setup $ENV{PAR_PROGNAME}

SYNOPSIS
       PAR guts, beware. Check PAR

DESCRIPTION
       Routines to setup the "PAR_PROGNAME" environment variable.  Read the
       "PAR::Environment" manual.

       The set_progname() subroutine sets up the "PAR_PROGNAME" environment
       variable
