O objetivo do projeto po4a (PO for anything: PO para qualquer coisa) é facilitar traduções (e o mais interessante, a manutenção das traduções) a usar as ferramentas do gettext em áreas em que não se esperava, como na documentação.

Locale::Po4a::Wml é um módulo para ajudar na tradução de documentos WML em outra língua [humana]. Não faça confusão com o WML que estamos a falar aqui (web markup language) e da porcaria WAP usado em telefones móveis.

Por favor note que este módulo conta com o módulo Locale::Po4a::Xhtml, que também conta com o módulo Locale::Po4a::Xml. Isto significa que todasas etiquetas para expressões de páginas web são assumidas, para serem escritas na sintaxe XHTML.

Este módulo funciona para alguns documentos simples, mas ainda é jovem. Atualmente, o maior problema do módulo é provavelmente que não pode lidar com documentos que não contêm etiquetas em linha de formatação XML, como <email "foo@example.org">, que são frequentemente definidos na WML. Melhorias serão adicionadas em futuros lançamentos.
