NAME
       Lire::ChartTypes::Scat - Wrapper for the Ploticus scat prefab.

SYNOPSIS
         my $type = $chart_cfg->get( 'type' )->as_value();
         $type->write_chart( $chart_cfg, $subreport );

DESCRIPTION
       This Lire::ChartType wraps the Ploticus scat prefab.
