any changes to the configuration after this call (through

through \fBFcConfigAppFontAddFile\fR,
\fBFcConfigAppFontAddDir\fR and
\fBFcConfigAppFontClear\fR). Returns FcFalse if this operation
runs out of memory. If \fIconfig\fR is NULL, the current
configuration is used.
