This is a very small wrapper to simplify using Exporter::Tiny.

It does the following:

Marks your package as loaded in \f(CW%INC\fR;

Pushes any function names in the import list onto your \f(CW@EXPORT_OK\fR; and
.IP \(bu 4
Pushes \f(CW"Exporter::Tiny"\fR onto your \f(CW@ISA\fR.

It doesn't set up \f(CW%EXPORT_TAGS\fR or \f(CW@EXPORT\fR, but there's
nothing stopping you doing that yourself.
